I decided to start eLearnign Connections because I felt that many samll and midsized companies did not know about, or have acess to quality eLearning within their organization. Each company has a differnt view on training and development, but one thing that is consistent is the need to training emploeeys fast and within budget.
My passion for eLearning fueled my decision to start this business and I want to help save organizations time and money by exposing them to the power of eLearning and the benefits it can bring to their employees.
